About Us

Gina spent the early part of her career working in out-of-school time, which led to a decade in the United Way system, where she focused on collective impact projects across multiple states. She then transitioned to a start-up nonprofit dedicated to improving the behavioral health system. These experiences exposed her to various elements of the health and human services landscape, deepening her awareness of the inequities that exist across education, housing, transportation, and beyond.

What she discovered along the way is that her true strength—and passion—lies in using research and planning to support the people driving meaningful change. Gina thrives on collaboration, working alongside organizations to help them maximize resources, advance their missions, and strengthen their communities.

She holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology, a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University, and a certificate in Public Policy Analysis from The London School of Economics. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP)®, a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®), and a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional. Gina currently consults with FPN as a Strategy Consultant for the Made to Measure Pilot and is the founder of Gallo Nonprofit Solutions, where she helps nonprofits and philanthropic institutions elevate their impact.
